All Clear has built and operates a 5,000 per day domestic septic waste water treatment facility.  The facility takes the septic liquids and breaks them down through accelerated natural biological activity using only air and plants to achieve this end.  The air promotes aerobic bacteria to succeed and the plants are used to provide contact surfaces for the bacteria to live on in the water and to take up the nitrogen which is a component of the biological breakdown of the waste water.  The results are a liquid that is treated to groundwater quality and a very fine consistency compost that is excellent for reclaiming abused lands.  The facility is licensed and is under the auspices of the State of NH - Department of Environmental Services. Cat Tails, Elephant Ears, Marsh Mallow Pennywort     The facility is also the designated disposal site for residential septic waste water from residents of the towns of Deering, New Boston, Washington and Weare.  These towns have entered into agreement with  All Clear to comply with the State of NH regulations concerning liquid waste disposal.  We currently have capacity available to accommodate 1 to 3 more towns, depending on their population. Any company hauling septage from these towns may use the  All Clear facility as long as they are licensed by the State of NH to transport septage, apply and are accepted by  All Clear for discharging septage at the facility, maintain/comply with the tracking and identification of each of their discharged loads and pay the disposal fee. Key Benefits Costs to the towns are magnitudes lower than building and operating their own facility. We are open 6 days a week.  Monday through Friday and 1/2 day on Saturday. The facility is totally environmentally friendly.  We use no additives or processes that cause odor or impact to the environment. The town agreements reduce the cost to the home owners by acquiring lower cost disposal than what is available from other sources.
